May 13, 2020 — In the wake of the COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus) pandemic, Mortimer Curran will debut an all-new blog series on how to safely train for obstacle course races in these uncertain times. Mortimer hopes that his blog series will inspire others to find new and innovative ways to stay in shape while maintaining social distancing and other safety protocols.
As an obstacle course race enthusiast, Mortimer Curran has long championed the idea that a gym is not necessary for working out. By his own example, he believes that exercise can be maintained anytime, anywhere — even in your own backyard! In his new blog series, the fitness fanatic will teach his readers how to safely train for obstacle course races at home during COVID-19. The series will include a variety of instructional guides and how-to’s.
Mortimer hopes that by teaching others how to construct obstacle courses in their own backyards, he’ll be able to motivate his readers during times of uncertainty. He also hopes that this effort will teach fitness fanatics new and innovative ways to stay in shape. In addition to his instructional step-by-step guides, Mortimer will also inform his audience on how to maintain normalcy by safely running in their neighborhoods.
